I say this from a lot of experience, and from using everything from blowers to sensor swabs to cigarette papers with the gum strip torn off, wrapped around a q-tip and isopropyl alcohol.
And honestly, that last solution worked fantastically. Blowers are fucking dumb, they'll just dislodge other bits of dust around your mount, the swabs are ok but the fluid can be streaky and the large size makes them awkward to use, the sticky gel sticks are really good for loose\non sticky debris as you don't run the risk of just moving shit around.
But I will repeat, doing any of this shit without a sensor loupe will just make it worse, they are a good, and cheap investment. You need one with built in lights and focusing made for sensor flange distances, not just a normal loupe. I like the one from lenspen as it's got a hole in the side so you can get your swab in whilst still looking through the Loupe.
