Can someone help me troubleshoot a Leica R4? Also Repair General.
>Shutter works mechanically in B mode and 100, triggering the shutter by pushing the armature works fine
>Electronic refuses to fire by normal means, the LEDs light up accordingly but go dark when pressing the shutter button down completely
>Shorting the S1 2.5v connection with the cameras internal metal body causes the shutter to fire, pic related, shuttter speed seems consistent and in line with the chosen speed
So far I have cleaned the solenoid and the mirror piston which immensely sped up the mechanism but the electronics have stumped me, I know shit about electronics, literally first time using a chink multimeter. Anyone got a pic the of the circuit board next to the battery compartment to compare with?
