xtrans v is one of the worst designs to come out in forever while canon DPAF loses 0 resolution to PDAF and has bayer+some of the most advanced AA filters in the industry so no need for xtrans bullshit
Consider going with neither, and buying a canon R6. The canon EOS design has been essentially unchanged since 1987. It's more authentically vintage than fuji cope cameras (mishmash of other companies designs) and nikon's fake film camera (which barely look like vintage nikon SLRs). You can't get more design authenticity without buying a leica or the digital olympus pen F.
Maybe, if you stretched it, you could say sony cameras are design continuations of the original minolta maxxum/alphas, but it really is a stretch. Fuji on the other hand has never had design authenticity unless you consider ripoffs their tradition. Fujica SLRs were cheap shit ripoffs of better cameras made by nikon, olympus, and the germans. They even had a history of ripping off leica (Fujica 35 M). Kek.
