Using Canon DSLR manual cleaning mode updates the camera hot pixel database in most/all? models. Try this:
Optional: shoot video for a while to heat up the sensor which may or may not bring up some more hot pixels visible.
Find Sensor Cleaning/Clean Manually in camera menu.
Select Clean Manually / OK.
Turn the camera power off to exit manual cleaning mode.
Long exposures may bring up hot pixels which manual cleaning trick does not catch. Deal with it.
