I am new to this board and I don't know jack shit about photography.
But I have quite a nostalgia for the 2000s digital camera photos, they have a distinct aesthetic to them and I am not quite sure how to point it. Most of them look more authentic than most modern shit (especially considering that back in the day normies used dedicated cameras, and not shitty smartphones).

What are some good cameras people used back in the day? Is there an specific name for this aesthetic? How to easily find pictures like that online, on Flickr etc, preferably at high resolution?
