You also will need your phone to have some manual controls, e.g., some of these photos are intentionally a lot darker than your phone wants to do, so you have to be able to override that. Also, for shots of wildlife or lamps swinging in the breeze, you'll need manual control of the phone's shutter speed in order to freeze them and get a sharp image.
Basically it's going to be a lot more tedious, finicky, and the images will end up lower quality and lower resolution than with a real camera.
Still, for static subjects in good light, you can still take good photos that are like these. Just make sure you wipe the lens clean before trying to take a shot.
