How do you fuck up by placing the camera so fucking high everybody has to look akwardly upwards?

Corrections officers in the county jail are typically the lowest of the low in the sheriff's dept, they may not even be a full deputy. Typically only takes a GED to be county jail employee, sheriff's deputy typicalky takes at least as associates and some police academy course work.

This is also true. Every inmate has to processed and their gang affiliation assessed, they have to be given accomodations deemed necessary by the state, and you have to deal with injuries on people who have bloodborne diseases.

All that and typically the camera they have to work with is a 5-10 year old potato cama and you have no time to edit the pics before they go into the system
