Bro, start lifting. I started thinning a bit in 2010 but then started lifting and it grew back in. Also don't eat fastfood or other processed trash. Eat fresh food and grow your own if possible.

if it was male pattern baldness lifting would have made it come on faster and get worse. especially if you lift to the extremes, it's a significant increase in both test and DHT levels, enough to change how you look if you do it before your growth plates close.
