Worst day as a photographer

No.4224154 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Today I had the worst experience ever as a photographer…

I have broken up with my girlfriend and been hitting the bottle hard. I was on my second tiktak bottle, and decided to call my ex only to find out she’s engaged with my brother already.
So I grabbed my Sony A7iii and and the biggest lens I could find and hit the town, trying to create some art that could capture my miserable mood.

I put on my photographers cape and went to work. For hours I took pictures of people happier than me, but people were happy to be photographed. I stood far enough away that they didn’t really spot me. I found a perfect dark spot near some dumpsters.
When I finally felt I had enough exciting material to enjoy editing, I walked home as I didn’t have any money.

On my way home I walked past a house where some teenagers had a party in the back yard, and I wanted to take a nice selfie with some of the girls. Maybe it was to make my ex jealous. Maybe because I wanted a new relationship. I don’t know.
The gate was closed so I crawled through the bushes and started asking them to take a picture with me, and everyone just laughed at me and called me a creep.
Some guy said he would take a picture of me, so I handed him my camera, and he threw it in the pool.
I ran inside an into the bathroom where I currently am.
My cape is full of beer and so are my pants. My shirt got ripped in the bushes and my IBS is really bothering me.

I don’t know what to do, and I have lost everything.
How do you stay true to yourselves in this hobby??

As I’m sitting here, I took this photo on a phone someone left in the bathroom. I edited it green like the matrix. (My favourite movie) because I feel I’m trapped in the matrix like Andrew Tate. Some say we look alike.
