>>4237298>>4237512>>4237515Parasol mushroom is it's English name. I always eat it's ring, then leave it. It's perfectly edible, but nobody likes them at home. Very watery, can't be stored for long, but if you find closed ones, you can pick them with stem, leave them in a glass of water, and they'll open. Only mushrooms that I know that do this. Rings and those flaky spots have delicious taste even raw.
