TLDR: left full frame, right medium format. shoot me if im wrong
short answer: left has the oversharpened full frame look, right has the smooth medium format look
long answer: been editing images from meidum format cameras and now its second nature to tell them apart. look at the intensity of how shadows get darker from the highlighted spot, much smoother transition on the image on the left. same with colors. look at their skin for example. the changing skin color tones are much more smoothly transitioned on the right image than they are on the left image. without looking at anything else, these two differences alone tell the sensors apart. im 99% sure im right with this.
another tell on top of those two are the highlights. look how soft the highlights are on the left image, even though they are completely obliterated and too bright. thats something only a standard medium format or larger sensor can capture.
also, why is the image on the left so... i dont even know how to call it... blurry? it looks like its either been cropped to hell from its original size or like it has blur added to it.
