>>4240617>>4240615OP here, I use Capture One for post processing. It does say GIMP in the EXIF data, though, because the original file was too large to upload, so I did a quick and dirty compression in GIMP.
As for settings, I apply some slight sharpening in C1, but nothing dramatic. The GR does most of the work.
