Hey /p/, newfag here.

Last year I bought a Canon r50, had it for a month and then my house got broken into and it was stolen (along with lots of stuff as well). I liked it, but I didn't really have enough time to get attached to it and was left feeling pretty discouraged from getting a new one, but I'm getting an itch for photography again. I have a Sony a5000, but I don't really gel with it.

Should I get the same camera or are there other good options to consider? I want a compact all-rounder, night shooting capabilities would be cool, but ultimately, I just want to have fun with it and not worry too much.

Sorry for the gear post, I just thought I'd ask before spending another thousand on the same thing I already had.
