At what point does photography no longer require skill?

This seems like the sweet spot where photographers didn’t need to worry about the scientific process and only on the skill required to capture the shot

Seems like no skill as you don’t have to nail the shot since you can take a million snaps with no real cost, not to mention post editing is insane compared to the past.
