>>4289352I think the full frame R bodies (and the R7) look okay, better than the DSLRs. They're a little bland but that's just how Canon has always been. Their designs are a little inconsistent though and that bugs me a bit, over the space of 3 years none of the 6 models really share anything and look like they could have been designed by 6 different people. Where as an A7 II from 2014 doesn't look all that different from the front to an A7R V from 2022 nor the more than a dozen models in between. Sony found their thing and stuck with it, Canon's been trying something different with each new model.
As for Nikon all the Z models except the f, fc. 30, and 9 are fuck ugly. They just look like someone cut the grip off one of their DSLRs and glued it to the side of a brick and the viewfinder hump is too large (well, the rest of the body is too small).
