even actual snapshits are nicer

the catch is you have to use a full frame camera, anything less is too close to a phone. and 20 years from now you will have to use a medium format camera.

I mostly like cameras because of there phisical bokeh and the hardware buttons. I would use a phone more often too when mine was not so crap. Phone is basicly the perfekt beginer camera or tourist camera. Its better than pocket analog cameras. You cant make me butthurt with your phone posts. I'm not that much of a gearfag. Just shoot photos.

You buy a camera when you need to do something your phone cant. Ie shoot with strobes or shoot birds far away etc.

Also yes there is a heap of idiots on this board who should of never brought a camera and just used their phone because all the photos they take could of been taken on a phone.

Not sure if OP is baiting the gearfags. But its a good thread anyway. I regret buying a Sony A6300. now I sold it and bought a Sony A5000. It is valuable for me because of the bokeh and because I don't use or own a smartphone. I only use cheap Meike lenses and the kit lens. I like to have control over the aperture. Phones are basicly the best point and shoot cameras. I like to fidle around with the settings sometimes.

I'm not a gearfag nor am I rich so I'll rather take the extra money for investing than for Photography. Also the A6300 was to heavy for my taste. The more I spend on hardware the more I lose money. Real beauty can't be defined by pixels alone. At some point its anough an its more about composition. I'm am schizoid so I don't care about details. I only care about the overall look. It can be a plesure for me to even shoot with old Film or Digicams. If something looks that much good and you have the right agle the camera is secondary at a certain point. I even like ugly things when they have soul. Even if the value of my Photos is not real the dopamin in my head is real. Pic related is from an Old digicam from my dad.
