Is real estate photography difficult?
I'm trying to make some consistent money off photography and it seems like there's always job ads for real estate photographers but I've never done it before.
I suppose I've done architecture photography before so I have an eye for what looks good and such but I don't even know where I'd begin with stacking exposures for that perfect look that RE photos have.
Any real estate photographers here that can share some insights?

No it's just time consuming, it's all technical stuff. It can also be kinda expensive to start, maybe less these days because full frame is cheap and there are more t/s lens options. You probably already have a suitable body and a tripod so you just need a lens and lights.

Yeah I have a pretty good tripod and I have an R6MK2 and an R which I use for wedding/engagement photography.
I think what I lack at the moment is an ultrawide lens as the widest I have is a 24-105.
Do I really need lights for real estate photography? I have some speedlites and a single godox off-camera flash.
By time consuming do you mean the on-location shooting or the post-processing?

The obvious choice would be Canon's TS-E line, either the 17mm or 24mm. I assume an adapter would give you aperture control on your camera. Yeah you'll probably want lights, theoretically you can make up for not having them in a lot of situations by just varying exposure but you'll be giving yourself even more stuff to composite in post and you may find it harder to visualise how it's all going to come together.

Both. It might not always be the case, there may be situations where you can get a shot in one go using the available light. Other times you might be combining half a dozen shot into one and moving lights around for each shot. For example I would estimate that the photo you've posted is a combination of up to about 8 shots, depending on if the lighting in all the rooms was balanced enough to get them all lit up in one shot or if they had to be done separately.
