They're different classes of cameras and trying to compare them is retarded. when the z7 3 comes out you can compare it to the a7r 5 but until then i'm not sure what you're sperging out about.
also all of this is retarded, if you're shooting for a stupid long period of time, you run a dummy battery. I have one for my z7 for use during the eclipse, and have a Milwaukee M18 12.0 battery and their top-off charger which will run both my camera and my laptop for like 6 hours of constant tethered shooting.
