Both will allow you to see takeoffs and landings depending on the ongoing configuration. It has two main configurations: North (default) and South (strong wind/adverse weather conditions). There's an official spot that allows you to see the planes taxiing near T4, although landings and takeoffs are difficult to see unless it's heavy aircraft and the angle is not great. It's free to access, has a free parking area and you have to go through a basic security checkpoint and show an ID.
