>>4321963Yeah, except using a telephoto lens is a bit more difficult than using ultra fast wide angle. Especially when subject you're trying to take a photo of is constantly trying to fuck off, and in general moves about as fast as shutter of your camera.
In street photography you only really care (technical side wise) about aperture, and focus. Shitter speed is fast, photo takes minimal amount of positioning and hardest part is probably running away from homeless dude.
In case of taking a pic of bird, it is much more hard as you have to predict the trajectory of a bird (if non-stationary), trust in AF (which will focus on branches because that's what AF does), or miss focus yourself. Use tripod or have surgeon precision hands and arms. Being in the sun, lie down in shit, get bitten by all mosquitos. Or in case of taking pics of birds in the city, have gear stolen lol.
Also, I don't think you need gear for street photography. A phone would probably do if you really want to. With birds, this won't work.
