12fps mech shutter is nothing to laugh at. It's a mirrorless 1d.

E shutter that falls short of being global shutter or a 1/250 DSLR sync equivalent WITH FULL DYNAMIC RANGE is essentially gimmicks. Cameras are not there yet. Just look at the a9iii. It's the first actually usable e-shutter, and it only has 1 stop less noise than micro four thirds. Tech still has 5-10 years to improve.

not even close. 1dxiii got 16fps in flappy mirror mode or 20fps in live view mode. 12fps of the r6ii is closer to the dogshit snoy's 10fps mechanical shutter than the 1dxiii.

This kind of premise is silly. Anyone reasonable should be happy with any of those cameras and they're all capable of superb quality images. I would personally take the A7R IV out of the lot, but that's because I currently have the A7R II. My friend has an S5 II and it is a great camera too.

second best AF on the FF market, best IBIS, best menus, video features done right (the best), cheap(ish)

low megapixel sensor, excellent video DR, excellent low light, built from the ground up as a video machine without caveats, perfect AF
since it's a 48MP sensor with 4 physical pixels per image pixel the well depth is somethig crazy like 150ke

Canon has shit codecs and weak ibis (or none at all), the A7RIII is excellent for stills but useless for video in 2024 and poor weather sealing, the A9III is a dynamic range disaster that's only good for photo/video in good light.
