Everything is cheaply made disposable trash, bc the only thing better as a get rich quick scheme than selling someone a $40,000 pile of shit home for $400,000 is selling a thousand of them and having to rebuild them every 25 years because even your 30-year construction is bullshit. Only Europe, Asia, and now Brazil & Chile are starting to join them in creating architecture with a greater vision.
