has been for some time
but until now it all has been marked simply "Fuji 200" as opposed to "Fuji C200"
now they added the cryptic "EC EU" and I do wonder why
and it's not just this shop, all the big ones did it

My guess would be that it's now produced in two locations (or with two brandings) and that the seller is hilighting that they're either located in the EU or that it's the EU manufactured product.

They are just packaging Kodak emulsion in China.

Fuji 200 is Kodak Gold 200 and Fuji 400 is Ultramax.
