It's the sensor size treshhold where every ISO setting and crop you might realistically use looks as good as the other. You only need something larger if you really want perfect tonality and classic hasselblad rendering (sharpness without excessive optical correction).
Its only flaw is a lack of native 1:1 macro lenses. Sensor size has a real connection to reasonable macro capability. The HC 120/4 macro is $6000. Wew.
