>>4360101Anon, the product worked. It worked from the day you bought it.
You broke it by going against common sense that is inherent to everyone born after 1995:
Never install updates until they have been out for a few weeks and you've confirmed they didn't break anything.
He's right. Early adopters are idiots. Always have been. You have ALWAYS been the people whining about this company, going to that company and then whining about them when they inevitably fuck up something that's been out for 2 days. But the actual problem is, you keep buying products on day one and installing updates ASAP. You will never find a safe haven where this won't screw you over unless it's a company that's just making 0 development progress like pentax or om system.
Smart people wait. Smart people don't complain that this camera was broken, that camera had a recall, that firmware update had a bug. It doesn't affect us. We wait and watch all you idiots CONSOOM and UPDOOT because ars technica told you to, laugh at your suffering, and buy your mountains of used gear at a fat discount when you put it all on ebay to make rent.
Go ahead and sell off all your snoys now, I'll be waiting. Buy that new nikon z6iii, get screwed over by an unforseen problem, act entitled, mix it into your internet brand wars, and then buy that new canon r5ii. Kek. Keep consooming. Smart people will keep waiting.
