Why are Sony cameras so clunky? They look like they were put together using cannibalized parts from three or four different cameras from different brands.

They're both ugly messes of matte black which is the photographic ideal. They don't reflect light or give you anything to look at besides the center of the lens. You're meant to tape over any other markings just to be sure, so the subject doesn't focus on it, and you're not meant to be paying attention to your camera at all.

Thats because Snoy cameras are unintuitive mini computers with poor ergonomics, they aren't true photographic tools for real photographers.

One most beautiful ones was done by the Porsche Design Group who did the Contax 159 mm.

Simple ergonomics compact, not a function on there that isn't needed. All the accessories are designed with the same language like the motor Drive Mount adds a extra release and exposure lock mechanism on a vertical hold and release button
