Is something wrong with Lightroom Classic? Since the last update it crashes + is glitchy out of nowhere and is borderline unusable.

Yeah, but it's on purpose. Microsoft pays them out to end support for older chipsets to bait people into buying new, Windows 11 machines. They do the same with the operating system itself.

Looks like false-color is enabled. It supposedly helps you identify lost information such as blown highlights/crushed blacks but is only really used in filmmaking

Yup. I've got Dell T7500 workstation dual Xenon 192GB of ram (win 11 incompatible because doesn't have bullshit spy devices, I mean cryptography on board) and latest photoshop doesn't run on it because much CPU lacking features.
