Personally I have a great temptation to rent a high end phase one back and take a bunch of snapshits of my dog to troll everyone. Not really sure it's worth spending 1k dollars on tho.
Maybe when I find a good deal on a non-tethered only 50-100 MP medium format back for my view camera I'll get it. 2-3k can get you something pretty good these days...
For now I just take a picture of my 8x10 sheets and that's good enough.
