taking a photo is the easiest thing ever, taking a photo many other people will like and find interesting is where the difficulty comes in.
Doing that consistently and in high volume is where 99.9999% of people will never be able to acheive.

it's not a filter but a mod at the sensor. i should experiment with some filters tho, could be interesting

for processing (CapOne) it's about picking a white point that balances visible white with IR white... so i never know exactly what to expect, but save custom styles as a starting point.

As other anon said it's not a filter, it's removing one filter from the stack of filters on the image sensor. And then it needs to be replaced by another clear one. It can be reversible but you really want to dedicate a camera to just that.
