NX studio, canon DPP, silkypix, and imaging edge cost zero dollars and fulfill the purpose of shooting raw the same as any program with less work and just as much meaningful creative control. You only need paid software if you need automatic masking and better noise reduction. You only need nerd software if you’re alone in a basement on a friday night and you’re doing nofap.
