with an s, as we write it (in portuguese, but yeah "captura de tela" is the same both in Portuguese and Spanish – actually Spanish more commonly refer to "screen" as "pantalla")
>>4394282are you brazilian too?
anyway, here's my still small collection and I recommend them all
went to both Doriyama's and Evandro Teixeira's exhibition and got them both in a book fair a couple months later
love those books
Teixeira's is about the coup d'État in Chile in september 11th 1973 and the following dictatorial period under Pinochet
Moriyama's is beautiful and beautiful aesthetically, makes you rethink your approach to photography in terms of experimentation and aesthetics – not copying him, but understanding how your tools work (camera, film, lenses, chemicals, their temperature variations, concentrations etc.) to the point of envisioning and manipulating your photos to specific and sometimes new experimentations, expanding a bit our expressive possibilities
Araki's is beautiful too in its own particular way, absolutely sublime
Magnum Contact Sheets is great for getting to know the thought and visual processes from a variety of some amazing photographers
