Last couple years I ran a Zeiss Milvus on my Z7, it worked flawlessly, but the adapter between E & Z is about 2mm, which is nice & lo profile, but makes weathersealing the design more difficult than a simple flat gasket, and no one makes the effort to do that as of yet.
