>>4400773Yeah it's great but works best on telephotos that can already focus close. Check out your lens' macro magnification for an idea of how well this will work. If your lens doesn't get very close to begin with this won't magically make it a macro lens. I actually use mine on my macro lens a lot, it works great for ultra macro.
Unfortunately non-mft macro lenses tend to be huge and expensive. Extension tubes are cheaper but annoying to use.
