I had a micro four turds and do not regret going to full frame at all.
I'm sure it has appeal to women because what is just an irrelevantly lighter camera that still has to go on a strap to a man is perfectly sized for a purse and noticeably lighter to a woman. Women are, due to their lower T, inherently weaker than men. An untrained man is actually going to be stronger than a trained woman.
But if you have any testosterone in your blood at all, the size and weight differences are negligible. The sharpness and tonality differences are noticeable even in 4x6 prints.
