>>4411739Actually great advice, I can tell you know your shit
>>4416257 Great start, other anon is right, distill your idea before you start shooting. You are a faggot though. Stop calling it fine art when you mean pretty shit. You don't know how to proceed with an art project because you don't consume art. So, your next homework is to consume art, since it seems like you want to create a scene, look for photographers that create scenes. You're gonna study: Jeff Wall, Cindy Sherman and Yasumasa Morimura. You can check others, but focus on their process, their reasoning behind x or y image and how they come to create their entire project. Artsy is a good website to find related artists.
I also need you to be more critical and think deeper on what your motivation behind your idea is: Normal child, discomfort, longing for normalcy, feelings of inadequacy, mental health, or even fulfilling your duty, reaching your goals, connecting with your family despite feeling disconnected. Stop and think why, how, when and how it affects other people. Read on it, see if there are other works that deal with it, in photography or not. What is normalcy in what context? Normal is not the same all over the world
https://www.jamesmollison.com/where-children-sleep. What is normal for you might be totally alien for someone else
https://www.gabrielegalimberti.com/toy-stories/Start collecting images that you think are relevant or cause the feelings you feel, even movies, books, phrases. Anything print them and display them for you. This will inform your aesthetic.
And then start thinking in the form of things. How will it look? Is this a single image project or a series, or a book? Is it really about you or about all of us, or about others in particular?
Then start shooting. This feels complicated because art is complicated. Shooting like a monkey and looking a pretty pictures is easy, and meaningless.
