The R6 mkII is meant to have intelligent autofocus, but I guess it only knows how to detect and track eyes and animals and shit rather than anatomy.
Manual focus was no good either because it's too difficult to stay within the focus plane.
Do I just need to play with the settings (eg focus sensitivity/speed, so it's less likely to do a full blurry focus search)?
