>>4415178As a viewer my answer would be "it depends". I know it's a vague answer, but it really does depend. People might get tired of seeing the same images if you have a big channel with lots of videos and regular viewers.
But I think maybe a lot of people don't really care if you use the same model, street, building, area, landscape, etc. as long as it just showcases the camera/gear you're reviewing.
I see some guys use the same models and I don't really care about that at all. I just want to see what the camera produces, how it handles and other real world experience that a spec sheet can't show you.
You could in fact use it as a sort of reference point to do comparisons with older videos you've made if you often use the same subjects. Compare it to the same footage if you manage to get a shot of the same subject in a similar lighting.
In general though, I'd say variety is very nice. But again, it's all about the context. If you're primarily a landscape photographer, then it's completely fine to just mostly focus on that. Just be clear about it to the viewer.
It's important to do what you think is fun because it will, like you mention yourself, keep you from burning out and it will make the stuff you produce better and more genuine. And being genuine is something that positively reflects a lot on the viewer.
