I'm compiling a list of ILC 'enthusiast level' cameras that have both IBIS and a 90degree (minimum) tilting screen. I've excluded budget or entry level models like the Olympus PL line or triple digit Panasonic's. I have also excluded 'pro' level gear like the Nikon z8/z89 and Fuji GFX cameras. I have also excluded all Sony cameras because I am not interested in buying a Sony.
