what is the most cost effective action camera of the now?
second hands are fine
also intended usage is the outdoor in day time and also probably on a car and a bike too

Just go on amazon and get one of the $100 action cameras that has a couple thousand positive reviews. If you're not getting top of the line there's really no reason not to just settle for something like those.
Friend bought one and 4k60p with decent SNR is pretty fucking good considering the price. Takes standard go-pro accessories and mounts.
2nd hand buys for something that you'd expect to be dunked underwater or dropped from a three-story building on occassion seems retarded.

Dji are the best right now
DJI action 4 was a pretty big jump up in quality from 3, the 5 is only a slight further improvement.
