https://chdk.fandom.com/wiki/CHDK). Unfortunately the 170 apparently has its own battery instead of the older ones that used AA's so you could throw in two Eneloops and have it last for a month, so finding that battery today is probably iffy. Basically it's just a camera and it takes photos.
