You know, amir, on image boards when people save images to repost they use filenames like 1694206980085.jpg, no one puts in the effort to use the same filename every time. On the other hand you can spot a bot when the md5 changes for no reason (they do this to get around spam filters).
You can also spot a bot when they shill panasonic/sony because typically photographers rather dislike those brands. It's all influencers (shills) and NPCs using them.
