I actually really like how the first Snoy DSLR basically had them rebranding a 100% Minolta design....only to then region lock it like massive FUCKING homos.
My Konica Minolta aSweet Digital lets me choose any language but this stupid fucking Sony DSLR-A100 had me editing the firmware update to show English (the default language in the FW apparently) instead of Japanese. The difference between the two cameras is maybe 12-18 months apart and all the controls and software/GUI looks identical between the two. If I try to change the language it crashes. Prior to this it was in Japanese with no language selection option.
