Asking for help!
Hi, noob here. I have a canon EOS 1100D and would like to photograph an upcoming (30 minutes from now or so) fireworks show at night. What settings should I use?
I'm thinking of shutter speed of 2 seconds, aperture of 10 and an ISO of 200

I don't remember what settings I used for this, it's kinda bad now looking back...I have no fucking idea where the raw files went. I shot my buddy's fireworks show like 3 years in a row and all of the raws are missing. I have shit from before and shit from after. I even have some of the final outputs.

I guess I'm going to have to go retake everything again this year.

Try like 1/50 to start with. Shit moves quick. Adjust from there. Try to pre focus and predict where the explosion will be.

Might need to back off a bit to a wider angle which means dogshit resolution if cropping is needed.
