Yeah he stacked exposures and shit moved around exactly like other anon said. That's contributing pretty significantly to the "blur" and unsharp look, but there's no signs of AI. It's just a bit smeary
He probably felt the need to bracket exposures due to the underbrush and trees not having enough light otherwise. If the brighter section of sky off to the left of the image is where the sun was, every tree and bush would be getting backlit which can be notoriously fucked to expose for.
It's a decent photo with moderately nice framing, with mundane yet technically good subject matter. Not my cup of tea but it's a browser background, so whatever.
