you can go to El Boqueron, it is one of the sides of the San Salvador Volcano, it has really nice views of the city and nice food.

you can also visit the beaches, also really nice places to see there, specifically El Tunco y La Costa del Sol (Ola beto's).

I have a few pictures, I can post if anyone's interested
