Ok I think I tried all there is. This is my takeaway.
>Lr/LrCIndustry standard for a reason. Shit company, shit policy, but gets the job done and does it well.
Price is actually okay and windows users can easily pirate.
>ON1Actually like it and imo the best replacement for Lr/LrC.
Has all the features you need/want including AI but minus catalogue.
AI is on par with Adobe, sometimes worse, sometimes better.
Performance on windows is about the same as Adobe, can lag more or less.
Discounted price is cheaper than Adobe but "lifetime" license is a scam of course since upgrades will cost.
>Luminar NeoLet down desu. Only recommend this for people who want a quick and dirty solution. UI/UX are not what you expect of a professional tool.
For beginners or strictly hobby users it is okay though. Filters and AI are plenty, work well but can be too much at times i.e. picture looks like slop.
Pricing policy scammy like ON1 but more expensive.
>DxOProfessional tool but can be lacking features. Don't expect advanced AI although noise and portrait are really nice.
Price is well above Adobe if you want to upgrade every year for new features.
Don't recommend unless you absolutely do not want other options or need some DxO feature.
>Capture OneNot even worthy of more than a sentence, pricing is completely fucked up.
>Raw Therapee Actually got all the features but holy shit the UI/UX.
Cannot see anyone who doesn't have crippling ganoo/loonix autism use this garbage.
>darktable Raw Therapee with amped up autism.
>Affinity More of a Photoshop replacement if that's what you're looking for.
