your problem will be to find one where the shutter cloth isn't full of small holes which leads to horrible light leaking.
most soviet rangefinders (and SLRs) that use cloth shutters (98% of them except for one of the kiev models IIRC) have this issue now. you need to pay some nerd to replace the cloth (or do it yourself but good luck) which makes them more expensive than just getting a nikkormat or canon ae1 etc (those have metal shutters and access to actually good glass - you can also adapt l39 to them)
my zorki 4 has a max shutter speed of 1/1000s I don't think there are faster ones out there because that would have meant for the soviets to actually engineer something and not just steal old nazi tech
