Just buy digital my dude. Unless you're deving, printing, or are plain LARPing you're just shooting digital with extra steps.

You still need to develop the film, silly. That just scans it.
If you're doing b&w film you can get dev costs down to like 5 cents per roll if you make your own developer.

This is why I switched to digital after shooting film for about 5 years. Film cameras are fun and all... but the practicality of digital can't be beat UNLESS you're playing to the specific strengths of film and it's worthwhile to have a less-convenient process.
