FF can just stop down to f16-diffractionville and still shoot everything at ISO 100, with diffraction having a less visible impact because most FFs are 30mp+ oversampled and produce sharper <24mp images than native 20-24mp crop sensors.
Fuck, even native 24mp ff produces a sharper image than native 24mp crop, with better lens rendering (natural field curvature, better color and contrast, smoother bokeh, better DOF falloff) because larger pixels do not require heavily corrected lenses for CA, coma, and spherical aberrations.
