White balance, highlight reconstruction, lens correction, orientation, rotation, exposure, color calibration, diffuse or sharpen, and tonemapper of your choice (just kidding use AgX).
Of those, you don't touch white balance and often don't touch orientation, highlight reconstruction, or lens correction. But the expectation is that you know that already, so if you haven't read the docs (spoiler: basically nobody reads the docs before they try a piece of software; they go there after they have trouble understanding the software) then it can be quite confusing.
